Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce Event Cancellation Policy
For refunds (except the Annual Golf Tournament), all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 5 working days before a scheduled event. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations may be received via fax or email. It is up to the registrant to confirm receipt of the cancellation request. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline. In the event of circumstances beyond its control, the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to amend or cancel any event. If an event is cancelled by The Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce refunds will be processed accordingly.
Cancellation Policy for the Annual Golf Tournament
For cancellations requested:
- Three weeks before tournament date and spot is re-sold, 75% of fee will be refunded.
- Two weeks before tournament date and spot is resold, 50% of fee will be refunded.
- One week before tournament date and spot is resold, 25% of fee will be refunded.
