Because of the large number of orders, we DO NOT have same day pick up. Your name and number will be taken for a call back from the order desk. Please note, the person taking your name and number is not the person booking your pick up. Please also note, it can take up to 4 hours for a call back and if you call in the afternoon the call back might be the next day.
Parking lot pickups are scheduled in the next 2 – 3 business days. If you have not received your call back please do not show up as your order will not be ready. If you are unable to pick up we do offer delivery service! However, if timing is crunching for you, order as early as possible as it might be a week before we could get it to you!
Lastly, our hours consist of Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm and we are closed on weekends. The process of parking lot pick-up is intense and fast paced. As a small business our staff needs the time to rest and in order to stay healthy and keep our store open.
