Chamber Ambassadors are welcoming, connected members who help others feel engaged and supported within the Chamber community. Coming from a variety of industries and backgrounds, they play an important role in helping members make connections, feel comfortable at events, and get the most from their membership.

Ambassadors help welcome new members, encourage participation in Chamber events and programs, and act as friendly points of contact within the business community. Their involvement helps strengthen relationships, build community, and create a more connected and supportive member experience.

What is Required of a Chamber Ambassador

Ambassadors support the work of the Chamber of Commerce by:

  • Promoting the Chamber in the community.
  • Making members feel comfortable at Business After Business and other Chamber functions.
  • Attending monthly Ambassador meetings.
  • Visiting new members throughout the year to encourage involvement in Chamber programs and ensure that the Chamber is meeting their needs. This includes actual face-to-face visits to the new members.
