- 1 Member2Member Dedicated Email Communication, valued at $350
- 3 eNewsletter Ads valued at $265
- 2 Dedicated social media posts. Choose 2 of the following platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook, valued at $350
*Flexible payment plans of $100 per month for 5 months are available. HST extra.
Here's what's included with each item in your advertising package:
1 Member2Member Dedicated Email Communication, valued at $350:
- We will send out a standalone email to our database of over 1400+ unique email addresses of local business professionals.
- The email can be designed by you, or we are pleased to assist you with the design if needed*!
- You choose the date and time your ad is sent out (with limitations).
3 eNewsletter Ads valued at $265:
- The ad size is 785 x 300 pixels and fills the width of our newsletter
- Your choice of one ad x 3 different newsletter issues, or you can send us up to 3 unique ads to use once each in 3 different issues
- This ad can contain a clickable link to your company website, email or PDF files!
- The ad can be designed by you, or we are pleased to assist you with the design of your ads if needed*!
2 Dedicated social media posts. Choose 2 of the following platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook, valued at $300:
- Your posts can be: a Member Feature (with details about you or your organization), a highlight of something you wish to share about your organization, or a feature for your upcoming event.
- We are pleased to assist you with the design of your ads if needed*!*additional charges may apply
**all assets must be used within 12 months from purchase date.

Pricing:
- $100+ HST per issue for a 785 pixel x 300 pixel ad, or 3 (same ad, presented in 3 different issues) for $265 + HST (member-only pricing).

Details:
This ad can contain a clickable link to your company website, email or PDF files. We have a network of 1400+ eNewsletter subscribers and a new edition of the newsletter goes out weekly. If you are purchasing multiple ad placements, ads must all be published within a 6-month time period.
What we need from you:
- 785 pixel width x 300 pixel height (Rectangle).
- Copy that would be describing what you're advertising - Between 50-60 words.
- A link where our subscribers can learn more about your business/event.
Ad placement within the eNewsletter and Ad Content will be up to the discretion of the Chamber. Invoice payment must be received in full prior to ads being scheduled.
Please allow the chamber at least 2 weeks to accommodate scheduling your Ad
Dedicated eBlast
Pricing:
- $350 + HST ($199 for not-for-profits)/single Member2Member communication email.

Does your business have an upcoming event, sale or idea to promote? Incorporate a designated e-blast into your marketing strategy. We will send out an email, designed by you, to our database of over 1400+ unique email addresses of local business professionals.
Best Practices:
- Please provide any text being included with your message in a word document.
- Any hyperlinks you would like to add to your message.
- High quality photos or graphics to accompany your message.
- A day and time you would like your Member2Member email to be sent.
The Chamber reserves the right to limit the amount of marketing emails sent per month. Ad content will be up to the discretion of the Chamber. Invoice payment must be received in full prior to ads being scheduled.
